The last weekend in November provides a platform for an array of talented creative individuals to come together at the home and studio of artist Clare Leonard, here they display their own work providing a visual feast of unusual and interesting works of art for sale.

This year we have an impressive array of craftspeople who will as usual delight all with their work.

The open studio art event will be held on Saturday 23th and Sunday 24th November 2013

The event will take place at the studio of artist Clare Leonard at 38 Crosshill Drive Burnside Glasgow G73 3QT.

You are warmly welcome to the event which will run from 10:30am – 5:30pm on both days.

Work by a variety of makers who produce a range of affordable and unique designs will be on sale with additional work by the following artists, Alexa Wilson, Sophie@ The Loom Shed, Alan Joseph Kelly, Wee Cadeau and Mhairi Carr.

Clare Leonard works predominantly in acrylics and layers paint onto the canvas in order to create textural, atmospheric pieces. A selection of work will be available which will include, stretched block canvas, framed works and a range of original mounted cards and paintings.

	Moira uses a variety of techniques when creating her individually hand crafted cards. These cards are unique and suitable for a range of occasions.

	Jackie has created an eclectic range of unique and interesting pieces.
